Performing Arts Classes for Ages 6-18
What to Expect
At TIAA, there will be year-round action-packed creativity. Each class will explore different disciplines such as musical theatre, film & TV, comedy & drama, so your child gets the opportunity to try a bit of everything.
Our professional teachers create a relaxed, hands-on learning environment, where students can explore, create, and perform. It’s all about building new skills, boosting confidence, and having fun along the way.
Whether they’re into acting, singing, dancing, or just want to try something new, TIAA offers a supportive, inclusive space where they can be themselves and discover what they love.
The Academic Year at TIAA
Each term, we’ll place a particular focus on one of these areas, allowing students to dive deeper into specific skills and techniques.
Technical Term
Our Technical Term lets students explore through practical workshops led by industry professionals. They’ll gain real-world experience and have the chance to take official performance exams when ready. It’s a fun, supportive way to develop skills and grow as a performer.
Filming Term
Our Filming Term is perfect for young storytellers ready to bring their ideas to life on screen. From scriptwriting to using real cameras and sound gear, students will explore every part of the filmmaking process. They’ll take on roles like director, writer, and crew—and finish the term with a cinema screening of their very own film. A fun way to build creative and technical skills!
Show Term
Our Show Term is a high-energy journey, where students rehearse musical numbers and build characters as a team. The term ends with a live performance, giving students a chance to shine on stage, grow in confidence, and enjoy the thrill of theatre—all while having fun!
